CAROLYN
ANDREWS, MIM
Ms.
Andrews has over twenty years of senior leadership experience in risk
management, information systems and technology, marketing and finance
with demonstrated ability to guide major global initiatives to
successful completion. Her experience includes management of over 400
resources in multiple locations as well as senior leadership
responsibility for multi-million dollar international projects. She is
recognized for the ability to align people, processes and information
technology with business objectives.
During
her extensive corporate career at American Express she consistently
advanced to more responsible and senior leadership positions. Ms.
Andrews has
achieved significant results in both technology and business roles,
while consistently being called upon to share her
expertise with others. She is an advocate of mentoring and uses varied
techniques including leadership training seminars, public presentations
and individual coaching in the work environment.
Ms. Andrews holds
a Masters Degree in International Management from Thunderbird with
undergraduate studies in business and computer system analysis.
MICHAEL
ANDREWS, MBA
Mr. Andrews has
more than 25 years of leadership experience in emergency planning,
continuity of operations/disaster planning, operational readiness,
organizational improvement, product research and development and higher
education. He has extensive experience in analyzing, developing and
implementing business strategies that increase the ability of an
organization to respond to various business situations in a robust
environment.
He is the
former Vice President and Managing Partner of Advanced Interaction
Management, a firm specializing in operational assessments and quality
programs, and General Manager of Training and Development for Nissan.
He served 10 years as Dean of Accounting and Computer Information
Systems at DeVry Institute of Technology.
He has been
involved with domestic and national security GSA Office of Emergency
Management programs for over ten years through the National Defense
Executive Reserve (NDER) program. He is also a member of the
Association of Contingency Planners.
Mr. Andrews was
responsible for developing and implementing the Continuity of Operations
(COOP) program offered by the GSA to the Executive Branch. The COOP
materials have been used by over than 40 Executive Branch agencies
including: FEMA, the Office of the President, Office of Management and
Budget, the IRS, the Social Security Administration, the Departments of
Commerce, Education, Energy, Justice and Transportation. In addition,
he was the primary resource in the development of the Senate Emergency
Preparedness Program, developing the program for the U.S. Senate
Sergeant at Arms and the Secretary of the Senate for the US Senate
offices and Committees.
Mr. Andrews has a
Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in
Electronic Engineering Technology. He also holds a
national security clearance level of TOP SECRET.
LENNY BENDELL,
CCCE, CVSA
Mr. Bendell has been actively
involved in both operations and management, and has worked in over 100
countries on behalf of his clients, during the last 30 years. His expertise includes helping
develop programs and campaigns from inception to full roll out. His
activities include the development of info-mapping, documentation,
workflow engineering, project management, and relationship building.
Customization, Analysis, Integration, and Preparation are the watchwords
that he uses as guidelines in approaching every project assignment.
His
expertise and working knowledge of industry makes his advice invaluable
on a variety of topics, while providing
project management, development, and documentation services to
Fortune 500 companies, major broadcasters and media companies,
manufacturers, service firms, international conglomerates, and law
firms.
Mr. Bendell is also a recognized author of magazine
articles and books. His latest book is, "It's Your Money" published by
Triad Publishing. Lenny has written several television documentaries
that have been broadcast around the world.
PHYLLIS CHAMPEAU, BS
Ms. Champeau’s
corporate experience spans over 20+ years of highly successful technical
and business experience at senior level positions in high volume, high
transaction environments as well as in smaller, turnaround situations.
Her expertise includes telephony/technology integration, financial
systems, healthcare, portfolio acquisition projects, multi-site data
center environments, budgeting and technology planning, data
warehousing, and a very broad spectrum of platform and package
applications.
She also is responsible for development, testing and
actual execution of continuity of operations (disaster recovery) plans
for multiple organizations, as well as developing and executing IT strategic plans that include platform
migration, business contingency planning and capacity analysis.
Her speaking engagements include discussions on security and business
continuity as well as presentations to IT groups about making the
transition from technologist to manager.
Under the
auspices of Carnegie Mellon University and its internationally respected CyLab,
Ms. Champeau developed and taught Risk Management, Privacy and
Information Assurance Strategies classes. She has
also held Vice President/Director level positions with such companies as
Citibank, Security Pacific Automation Company, and Nissan Motor
Acceptance Corporation.
Ms. Champeau holds a
B.S. in Mathematics from Marquette University. She was elected to
honorary/professional societies in Speech and Education.
KIM JURICK, MA
Ms.
Jurick has over eighteen years of Fortune 100 corporate experience
encompassing management consultancy, valued-based risk assessment and
management, optimizing investment portfolios to improve yield, due
diligence analysis, and systematic examination of strategic positioning
and financial information. She has diverse executive leadership and
strong organizational experience in setting up and managing multiple
functional areas with a successful track record in reducing costs.
Ms. Jurick is also an expert in value-based risk management that creates, manages and
measures value to maximize investment return. She has developed customized,
end-to-end value-based management solutions that assess risk by
examining strategy, customer affinity, value proposition, execution
readiness and vendor management. She has additional extensive experience in
transitional and change management along with development of operational
and investment performance metric benchmarks in the Financial Services
and Technology sectors.
She also has a number
of
Value
Based Management Accomplishments including creating and developing a
proprietary, leading-edge industry tool that identifies risk and
provides recommendations on mitigation and desired outcomes for any
investment. She has conducted numerous value/risk assessments on
investments ranging from $1M to $150M multi-year projects while
providing recommendations for improvement that reduced risk by a minimum
of 25%.
Ms. Jurick earned her Masters of Arts degree from
Arizona State University.
GREGORY WARRICK, MBA
Mr. Warrick has
previously been involved at
the highest levels of management in the retail, advertising, marketing
and communications industries. Prior to founding On Target Management,
he was Vice President of a major South Florida advertising agency. He
has also worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies, small
businesses and government agencies.
The list of his corporate clients
reads like a who's who of corporate America including: Marriott, Mobil
Oil, EDS, TRW, Hughes Networks, Boeing and Computer Science Corporation.
He also has extensive agency experience with the US government and has
successfully acquired and/or managed contracts for the US Departments of
Justice, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development and
the FDIC.
Mr. Warrick has assisted numerous companies with development and
implementation of their government marketing strategies, and has
extensive experience writing government and commercial proposals,
preparing GSA schedules and related documents and authoring and
executing marketing and strategic plans. He specializes in assisting
organizations with business development in the federal marketplace.
Mr. Warrick earned
his Masters Degree from the University of Mississippi.
